I don't live in the US, but from my point of view you guys should be on PDT (Pacific Daylight Time) right now.

The thing is, if you are really refering to 13:00 (1 PM) PST, that would be 23:00 CEST for us and not 22:00 (which is even pretty late already, like nexen already told you).
