You need NS1, which you can get from either here or downgraded version here. The downgraded version shouldn't be necessary but it is more likely to work than the vanilla.

This won't help since it's the Linux dedicated server that is broken. That is for windows. The old version apparently might work but mine is kind of corrupted.

Nope, ENSL gathers are a different thing. We play mostly with the European NS1 players.

Do you need the files to host a server, or a physical server?

Last HLDS server I setup was an absolute nightmare, as SteamCMD refused to download most of the key files. I had to use the +runscript argument with the below arguments, the old method of having all the arguments passed directly to steamcmd did not work, but only for HLDS.. I have no idea why.

I just need files old enough to work. SteamCMD starts to download the newest HLDS which is incompatible with the 3.2 NS version because VALVE decided to update HLDS for Linux support and broke NS dedicated server. I think there was a thread on uwe forums and somewhere on the Internet about this.
