Reasons in ban are not true, i did do my teamplay (i always do) and was on the right team on ts3. i did get pissed of at the player adhd.dll, and told him to shut up since he was verbally harrassing Mega. When i told him to shut up and concentrate on the game, the other guys(on my team) said i was being votekicked or something. Then i quit because i got so fed up with the stupidity. I apologize for that part. Obviously the real reason was something else (i had the least points on team since i have only played compmod a couple of timesand still getting in to it). First time i have been banned on game ever...
Seems like a newcomer to NSL is not very welcome, and some people seem to use banning for bullshit. I hate rude behaviour and the is real reason that i was banned. *snif*

@topic : yea the poor man should be listened to before he just receives a ban like that. You can never give out bans without looking at both sides of the story... We all know that some of the players we have in this nice little community might be overreacting a little bit sometimes, but hey, shit happens! MURRICA!!!!!!!

It seems that lots of your teammates tried to speak to you and they didn't get any answers (neither via chat, nor in vocal), then, it seems you ragequit the game for some reasons which I know now. I will investigate adhd's case. (I also notice that he wasn't registered to this gather).
If there are some violations of the code of conduct, don't hesitate to call an admin.
I lowered your ban to 1 day, and i've upgraded the gather's rules because some of us seem to have forgotten some obvious things.
Btw we don't ban people because they are playing bad. Your last sentence isn't true.

THETRUESTORY REVEALS ITSELF
Heh, started up teamspeak 3 today and found that sound wasn't working-something was misconfigured in the playback options since i made some changes to my setup the other day. So everyone talking to me during that game talked right into the null void. I remember thinking about how bad they were at team communication, as I tried to talk to them, noone answered, not even the comm gave any orders.
So this is what happened and people got mad, myself included! Bad communication doesn't work! ;)
I think of this as a reminder to check that everything works like it should. :D

Well i do apologize, but my point is something was misconfigured on my side. Things like this happen. I was to blame. That's why i posted here. And stop raging! Rage, in it self, is causing more trouble than a dwindling fan base of a certain game. A more helpful attitude is usually prefered. Sometimes I try to laugh about it. Sorry about that!...:( Like most conflicts everything was a misunderstanding from the beginning...

By opening this thread to complain about a ban that was justified and claimed by the involved players during the said gather, you willingly brought on what you qualify of 'rage' onto this topic. Writing down apologizes is a nice beginning but next time, instead of making a public demand, you'd better try to figure out how this happened and at worse, contact the admin who banned you.
Opening a thread to contest a ban is allowed but do not expect people to not mock you if by any way, you are wrong. Hence you'd rather choose to solve any issue privately before doing so in public.
