TAWtally Clueless is looking for a new Fade Player.
We are currently div 4 but I personally think we will improve fast. We accept any skill level as long as you are motivated to get better and will train.

You have to become a member of TAW in order to join TAWtally.
TAW policy involves amongst other things: being nice, avoiding cursing, and not being aggressive.
We play on wednesdays and sundays 20:00 CEST every week, you have to attend these dates to your best ability.
TAW is a stable clan that has never needed to disband the comp branch, so if you are frustrated with teams breaking up, TAW is the place to be. In addition we have systems for allowing breaks as your schedule changes.

This one searches for a com especially. The other for any players and/or teamleader.

But it would be appreciated, if you can merge the two topics somehow. Inform us, when done.

The reason there is two posts is that the headline format doesn't allow very well for seeking out several different types of members, (although it works great for single positions) Neither were there any indication in the rules post that stated that Multiple positions must be contained in one post.
I am actually seeking several types of members:

1. normal players any/any
2. Field leader medium or above skill
3. Commander medium or above skill
4. Team leader any skill

Where positions 2-4 can but does not HAVE to be the same player. Ideally I'd want probably 2 people, but in the current time it is hard to even find a normal member, so I waited and did not make a post about normal members, I will worry about that after I have a leader.
((we are enough members, but i'd like extra since some of us are busy in summer))

So as you see, the format is very limiting in comparison to what I need. I could have one post saying I seek any/any but it would not be "true" because the comm needs to be medium or higher, and this is the position I have the most urgency to find. A person browsing the forum seeing any/any would dismiss it as too casual when in actuality I need a skilled leader. That is why I made 2 posts, mentioning each other and mentioning that I also look for multiple positions in addition.

The topic format is not meant to represent your whole post in one line, just to get a general indication.
Also I disagree with your notion that someone, who looks for a team, would skip a post because the skill level is any. The team is imho the best kind of skill indicator anyway.
Also it is possible to encode multiple searches: [any/med+][any/Comm].

But since represented your position in a proper manner, I'm fine with making an exception in the hopes that this helps you to find players.
