Okay, so after a lot of requests from some people in the community and a talk with Bubba, we have decided to allow bubba to go on a probation period where he will be allowed back in the community, gathers, tournaments, seasons, all of it.

If he shows the same behavior which he was banned for, he will be banned again. other than that he will be treated like a normal member of the community like getting a temporary ban for not showing up to a gather, for example.
Intentionally provoking bubba to make him show that behavior is not allowed and will be punished.
