Btw, I spoke with Simba about OTPHJ. He's doing tryout tomorrow with a potential 13 players so there will definitely be a team from them, but skill level is still up in the air. Division 2 is probably accurate.

OTPHJ has 14 interested members at the moment. What I am TRYING to do is make two teams out of it. Sadly, my Hawaiian vacation fucked timescale up. I am unable to get scrims/seeding matches done until the end of the day on Sunday.

I am probably just going to YOLO divide the players into two teams, and manage TWO teams, so I will be re-adding "The Cubs" back into Season 9.

OTPHJ will definitely be div 2.
The Cubs will probably be Div 3, but might be strong Div 3.

Anyone wanting to HELP me manage these teams, or wanting to help coach, let me know, because this is a significant amount of work. Scheduling scrims for 3 teams instead of just 1 :)

Perhaps there should be a potential seed for 4 divs again (6/6/6/5), 23 teams are signed up. Or is the goal 8/8/7?

i do know that cutting any of these 7 teams from div1 would ruin it. player retention from s9 would be shit since whoever gets the short end of the stick isnt gonna think it's worth practicing/scrimming

season 7 had 20 teams.
season 8 had 15 teams.
season 9 has 24 teams.

This gives me hope. now if only it were easier to find a damn PCW with you people! XD

Yaluzan - can we get your breakdown by divisions for all teams that are in for S9 before you finalize it?

At this point, I feel like what division teams are in is more important than having the most accurate seeding. Would be nice to know what your tentative placing of the teams in divisions is so we can comment if something is off or not.

Also, if a couple teams are hard to place, you could have them play a seeding match between a team at the lower end of the division above them or the higher end of the division below them. There is not really a point in doing a seeding match between teams that are in the same division already.
