Hey guys. Here's a topic to discuss gather feedback on Ayumi. Currently the map is in early greybox stages. Layouts are important, and discussion here can help with the layout.
This version of Ayumi's layout is based heavily on the Natural Selection ENSL version made by Psykoman (formerly known as Yogi, and the guy who made Summit). Initial playtests showed great promise, it'll be interesting to see what happens with this.

I don't like the map.
Aliens can reach marines natural rts before marines.
in the northern techpoint is a non accessible vent over the rt. i dont like it when vents are directly over rts. it is too strong imo.
some vents are not listed in the minimap. (need to check again what vents it were)

You cannot reach marine naturals before the marines as alien... Section zero is not a marine natural. Reactor and Glass Hallway are marine Naturals.
The vent in the North I totally agree about, the vent should be re-positioned.
Loki is currently going over the map to do VERY basic texturing (there is going to be nothing special here) and a lighting overhaul to make the map a bit more test-friendly. Don't expect miracles, but it should help our a bit.

ah and already forgot. in the north exit of the marine start there is a dark spot on the wall. you cannot see any alien there.
