I get "Missing required mod" error when I try to join the modded servers.

Any ideas how to fix this shit problem?

- deleted local game content and installed again
- deleted NS2 folder in profile
- I can reach steamcomminity - workshop (if not you get error 16)
- subscribed NS2Stats in workshop
- this shit is not caused by antivirus and firewall

if I remenber there are some turkey DNS servers that are blocking http://steamcommunity.com

Try to acess http://steamcommunity.com with your web browser. If it doesnt acess or take a long time to load, change your computer or modem/router DNS to 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 (it's the google public DNS)

Or try:

1. Open Steam Settings.
2. Select Download+Clouds.
3. Change Download region to something else you have options to select from, e.g. UK - London/UK - Manchester/etc. (my default is London. But I know some people had problems with that).

Now the mod should update itself..?

Or try to go to the Steam>Community>NS2>find NS2stats and subrscribe to it.
Restart Steam.
Start NS2.
Go to mods - make sure NS2Stats is selected as active>Yes (I think it is active, lazy to check now).

PS does that happen on EVERY server with ns2stats mod on it?
