I don't know what settings he uses, but here is my suggestion for you:
Find the dpi and sensitivity that works best for you, you won't improve by using others settings.

fact: if you change your dpi and sensitivity to golden's you will instantly be on titus

nah but he uses low sensitivity, and i think low dpi. try 8" 360 or 12" 360

Low dpi is good if you have the mouse space for it, better track and you won't shake or choke as often

The secret to Golden's success is his ultra low DPI (at .25) coupled with his hand made wood carved mouse. Combined with his in-game sensitivity of .654, he created an ultra smooth tracking system which is being studies by the likes of Fana to this day.

Also, on that note, Golden has a ripped, muscular right arm from excessive amounts of fapping that allows him to track with extreme precision.
