Hi folks,

The contests page ( http://www.ensl.org/contests/288 ) lists 15 teams, the 3 groups contain 4 each, so 3 teams are not in the group phase. My apologies if I missed the announcement as to 'why'.

Is it allowed that existing teams accept players from the teams that didn't make it onto their roster? Or are the team members final and 'frozen'?

3 teams do not have enough players on their roster and so, cannot been added as team for the tourney if I'm right.

They had to align 6 players at least which they didn't do.

Is it okay if other teams (which are in the group phase now) take those players into their team?

I think it's fine actually. Nothing in the set of rules forbids it.

It is actually 8 for this tournament.

Concerning switching teams, here is what we have written into the "Help-Document":

Changing Teams
The rosters of teams are locked as the schedule is announced.

Switching teams is not possible after the schedule is announced. However, teams might reinforce their line-up in the course of the tourney, as long as:
The new player does not come from another participating team.
The new player fulfills the overall requirements (see Who can Register?)


So, all the players sitting in a team, which didn't make the cut, can freely engage any other team to bolster up their rosters.
