The clock starts ticking the moment you send your challenge to the other's teampage. Any arrangement made beforehand via Steam or similar are of no value.
The deadlines are as follows:
At most 4 days after the challenge: The challenged team needs to respond to the challenge. Either by accepting, forfeiting, or ask an admin for denying the challenge.
If the 4 days run out, without any action by the challenged team, the default action will be either forfeit (if the challenger is not more than 3 ranks below) or denying the challenge (if the challenger is more than 3 ranks below).
At most 7 days after the challenge: Both teams need to schedule the match.
At most 14 days after the challenge: The match must be played.
