Healing past biomass

Presently, biomass nerfs an alien's ability to heal its armor.

Example: I have 250/250 base hp, 0/20 bio hp, 0/0 armor. Currently I will heal my biomass hp with regen first, this gives me half as much effective hp as armor would have in most cases. This is especially important vs pistol damage.

Fix: Heal biomass HP last.

You think this should happen, but beyond that what balance issue does this fix?

It's an alien buff. As it is now it's really just sitting as a overseen nerf that shouldn't be there. This increases the power of fades and lerks to get back to combat more quickly, or safely get one more hit before leaving to heal without reducing a marines ability to kill the lifeform in the first place.

Marines are strong right now, right? (Pretty serious question I'm not super in-tune with competitive as much as I am the mod)
