*PROPOSAL*
===Another training night/nights to go in-depth teamplay in a 6v6 environment for current and upcoming ENSL teams. Need to assemble the best players to help teams out to get them out of the mindset of losing against better teams to encourage stronger team play and better matches.===
So I've been thinking about doing this for some time. It may be too late but I think it could still be a great way to improve a team's ability to move up the ranks and get to the top division for better matches and better competition.
I've asked many teams to pcw/scrim my team. My team has been turned down more than ever these last 2 seasons for scrims than any other season. My team has not had a good scrim/pcw in literally 2 seasons. There are multiple reasons for this, the major one being there aren't that many teams left. The other reason is the other team doesn't want to scrim a team they have no chance against. I completely understand that logic. Why would you put you and your team through a pcw/scrim where it doesn't help you? Why would you put your team through something that may make some of the members leave the team from losing? I understand and it's frustrating for both teams.
I've asked other teams why they won't scrim a high division 1 team and they respond mainly with "my team doesn't have the aim to compete", "our lifeforms aren't as good", "our commander can't keep up". The list going on.
I'm just going to say this now to clear something up. Speaking just for my team and my team alone. Lucky Chams doesn't have the best aim, the best lifeforms, and Simba fucks up too. (Get rekt simba). If you have kept up with my team and seen the matches, our average marine aim is 20%. Our average bite accuracy is 60%. Our average fade swipe accuracy is 65%. Mechanically, we aren't the best players in this game. The only thing my team has is experience. And that isn't saying much either. Let's take a look at lucky chams roster: ironfist, lome, simba, schu, wake, turts. Out of those 6 players, 2 of them have been playing together since season 4 (schu, simba). The rest have been added on since season 5, 6 and 7.
I can name 5 other field players from teams scattered through div 1 and div 2 that are better than that roster list in terms of mechanics. My point is: top tier teams don't win with raw skill. It's based on TEAMWORK!
Did you know Gnarcolepsy lost more scrims/pcws than we won? Did you know Titus bent my team over every night for 3 months straight and ripped open our assholes? Can you imagine team Gnarcolepsy learned more about this game from losing than winning?
If you want to get to Division 1 and stay on top, you have to lose first.
I've learned people still want to compete in this game from playing gathers. There are so many players in gathers that get frustrated when they are about to win and throw the game. That usually means they want to win. They have fire in their soul when i hear their mouse slam on the mouse pad from frustration or they start to raise their voice. THAT'S HOW I AM GUYS!
I want to propose something here. If I can assemble another training night or training nights (multiple nights to cover multiple tactics/strats) how many top tier players would be interested in helping out? I can name a few players that I know for sure understand this game and know how to help teams out.
List of players I have in mind at this current moment:
Herakles
Golden
Simba
Wob
Joshhhy
lome
virsoul
wake (quiet guy but understands this game quite well)
That's all I can think of right now.
Let me know what you guys think.
